What if I have joint pain or old injuries?
We'll design workouts that work around your limitations and actively support pain-free movement over time.
What if I'm new to strength training?
Great — many clients start as beginners. You'll receive simple, manageable workouts to build confidence and momentum.
How much time per week do I need?
Expect daily steps working toward 10k and two short workouts per week (15–20 minutes), increasing gradually.
What happens if I don't continue after 14 days?
No problem. You'll lose app access, and your profile is archived for 30 days then deleted if you don't return. No charges, no hassle.
