Account & Data Deletion – BodyCircuit

BodyCircuit users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your BodyCircuit account, email us at:

Please include:

• The email address associated with your BodyCircuit account

• The subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

What data is deleted

When your request is processed, we will permanently delete:

• Your BodyCircuit account

• Personal profile information

• Fitness, nutrition, and body metrics

• Health data (including Apple Health or Google Health Connect data, if enabled)

• Activity logs and app-generated records

What data may be retained

We may retain limited data only if required by law, including:

• Financial transaction records (for tax or compliance purposes)

• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you

Deletion timeline

• Account deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days

• You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete
