BodyCircuit Recovery Studio to be phased down

After gathering feedback, exploring opportunities, and thinking about what’s best for our community and the business, I’m excited to share some news…

We will be continuing our fitness journey at Seven P Fitness Center in Ocean Springs (to the right of Rouse’s on Ocean Springs Rd.) —where I’ll have a dedicated space for private personal training.

This move ensures that the one-on-one training you’ve come to expect from me will continue seamlessly in a great environment.

Seven P is led by Kelly Pilger and her outstanding team of instructors who offer a wide range of classes, from group fitness to yoga, Zumba, and more. What excites me most about this decision is that Kelly and I share the same core values, and that alignment makes this partnership a natural fit for what’s ahead.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Private Training: I’ll continue coaching in a dedicated space within Seven P. The exact date of the new space being operational is expected to be the first week of November.

  • Shape Scale: The Shape Scale will come with me for ongoing 3D body scans.

  • Nutrition & Performance Coaching Meetings: If you’d like to meet with me in-person, we can arrange those meetings at our new dedicated space.

  • Recovery Studio: Recovery services (massage chairs, red light therapy, metabolic testing, etc.) will be phased out, with the last day tentatively set for October 24th.

If you’re a local coaching client or ‘recovery unlimited’ member, I’ll send you a separate follow-up with details on your options to make the transition smooth.

At the same time, I’m doubling down on growing our online coaching community, sharing more content, tools, and support to help as many people as possible take control of their health and fitness.
