CLIENT LIABILITY WAIVER

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, booking, purchasing, or participating in any BodyCircuit session — including but not limited to personal training, group fitness, movement coaching, nutrition coaching, or online programs — you acknowledge and agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
Your participation serves as your electronic consent and is legally binding in lieu of a physical signature.

2. Health Disclosure

You affirm that you are physically capable of participating in BodyCircuit’s programs. If you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, you confirm that you have consulted your physician and obtained medical clearance before engaging in any exercise or nutrition activities.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release

You understand that fitness training, coaching, and use of gym or studio equipment involve inherent risks — including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, equipment malfunction, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents.


While BodyCircuit, Seven P Fit and Twenty Three, LLC make every reasonable effort to ensure that equipment is maintained and meets quality safety standards, no equipment can be guaranteed to be completely free from defect or failure.


By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, including those arising from equipment failure, negligence, or unforeseen circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You hereby release, waive, and discharge Leddy Wellness LLC DBA BodyCircuit, Seven P Fit, Twenty Three, LLC and all of their respective owners, officers, trainers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in any BodyCircuit session, service, or use of facility equipment — whether arising from negligence, equipment failure, or any other cause.

4. Personal Training, Coaching, and Nutrition

When engaging in BodyCircuit coaching or training services, you understand and agree that:

  • These services are for general health, fitness, and performance guidance only and are not medical treatment or diagnosis.

  • Coaches are not licensed medical professionals and cannot prescribe, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.

  • Any fitness or nutrition recommendations are based on general principles; results vary by individual.

  • You are solely responsible for applying the guidance safely and for monitoring your own wellbeing.

  • You agree to immediately stop participation and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or concerning symptoms.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

BodyCircuit, Seven P Fit, and Twenty Three, LLC make no express or implied warranties regarding results, performance, or suitability of any program or equipment. Your progress depends on your own effort, consistency, and prior health status.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leddy Wellness LLC DBA BodyCircuit, Seven P Fit, Twenty Three, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation, your actions, or your breach of this waiver.

7. Governing Law & Venue

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jackson County, Mississippi.

8. Binding Effect

This waiver remains in full force for all current and future sessions, programs, or services you book or participate in through BodyCircuit, whether in-person or online.

By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a session, or participating in any BodyCircuit program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
