CLIENT LIABILITY WAIVER

1. Agreement & Electronic Consent

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any BodyCircuit service — in-person or online — you agree to this Waiver. Your participation constitutes legally binding electronic consent.

2. Health Disclosure

You affirm that you are physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if you have medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.

3. Assumption of Risk

You understand that fitness, exercise, and nutrition coaching involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or equipment failure.

You voluntarily assume all risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless Leddy Wellness LLC d/b/a BodyCircuit, Seven P Fit, Twenty Three, LLC its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and facility partners from all claims arising from participation, including negligence.

5. Coaching & Nutrition Disclaimer

  • Services are not medical treatment

  • Coaches are not medical professionals

  • Guidance is general and results vary

  • You are responsible for your own safety and decisions

Stop immediately and seek medical attention if symptoms arise.

6. No Guarantees

BodyCircuit makes no guarantees regarding results, performance, or outcomes.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend BodyCircuit, Seven P Fit, Twenty Three, LLC against claims arising from your participation or violation of this Waiver.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, venue in Jackson County, Mississippi.

9. Binding Effect

This Waiver applies to all current and future BodyCircuit services.

By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a session, or participating in any BodyCircuit program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this waiver and release of liability.
