BodyCircuit ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. It applies to both Coaching Clients (individuals enrolled in a paid, personalized coaching program) and Community Members (individuals who join the free Brian Leddy Community and receive app access via a community access code, without personalized coaching).
Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register for the BodyCircuit app, the Community, or coaching services.
Health and fitness data: Body measurements, weight, workout logs, nutrition logs, and habit tracking data you enter into the BodyCircuit app. This applies whether you are a Coaching Client or a Community Member using the app on a self-directed basis.
Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider, applicable to paid Coaching Clients only. We do not store your full credit card number.
Usage data: How you interact with our website and app, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
Communications: Emails, messages, and coaching check-ins you send to us. Community Members should note that, unlike Coaching Clients, use of the app is not paired with individualized coach review of logged data.
We use your information to deliver and improve our coaching services and app, personalize workout and nutrition programs for Coaching Clients, process payments, manage Community access, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your health and app data is stored securely using Google Firebase / Firestore. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. Upon cancellation of a coaching program, or upon revocation of Community-based app access, your profile is archived for 30 days and then permanently deleted unless you return. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us. Note that BodyCircuit and Brian Leddy may revoke app or Community access at their discretion at any time (see our Terms of Service), which may in turn trigger this archival and deletion process regardless of the reason for revocation.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at coach@bodycircuit.com or use the account deletion page.
Our website uses minimal cookies for analytics purposes. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
We use Google Firebase for app infrastructure, and a payment processor for billing. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
